Additional Event Visibility - Opportunities at Select VMUG User Conferences

Increase Your Event Exposure
Increase your visibility at select VMUG User Conferences with additional sponsorship opportunities. Platinum, Gold and Silver level sponsors can further increase brand awareness, messaging and demand generation while distinguishing themselves as industry leaders with the following add-on sponsorships:

Conference Bags — Price Varies per Event
Enhance awareness of your organization and your brand. Receive logo placement on the conference bag provided to all attendees. Sponsorship includes an opportunity to insert a piece of literature or small give-away.
Keynote Session — $4,000
At select 2012 VMUG User Conferences, one Keynote presentation opportunity will be offered to a sponsor in a General Session room. At those specific conferences, Platinum and Gold event sponsors will have the opportunity to upgrade their breakout session to a keynote session for an additional fee to showcase expertise and knowledge to all VMUG User Conference attendees. Keynote sessions are not guaranteed, but are instead subject to a session selection process by the volunteer committee for each VMUG User Conference. The Keynote session will not be confirmed until a detailed session abstract including session title, description and speaker details has been received and session has been approved and selected as part of event agenda from all Keynote session submissions received by event deadlines. If your Keynote session is selected, Keynote sponsors will receive: Delivery of 45 minute to one hour Keynote session at selected VMUG User Conference Company name and session title promoted in Event Program Guide and Web site Logo display on main screen prior to Keynote delivery (pending A/V onsite)
Lanyards — $3,500
Your logo will be instantly recognized when you sponsor the lanyard. This highly visible sponsorship holds event badges, which are required to be worn by all attendees during the conference.
Meals and Receptions — Price Varies per Event
Sponsor breakfast, lunch or a reception; prices vary depending on event region and planned agenda. Sponsorship to include: Recognition as a function sponsor in Event Program Guide and VMUG Web site Personalized signage during sponsored meal or reception Opportunity to present a two-minute welcome speech (receptions only; pending A/V onsite)
VMUG Web site Advertisement — $1,000/month
Maintain a presence in front of 60,000+ VMUG members by advertising on the VMUG Web site, VMUG.com. One month button advertisement in rotation with other advertisements on refresh basis Maximum of 6 ads per page Advertisement links to sponsor web page of choice View and click through data reporting
