VMUG currently offers separate sponsorship programs for VMUG User Conferences and for VMUG Local Chapter Meetings.

 VMUG User Conferences

These full-day conferences feature education sessions presented by VMware and sponsors, keynotes, exhibit halls and more. VMUG User Conferences draw 250 to 900 or more attendees from many different local VMUG chapters.

Depending on your investment and how many VMUG User Conferences you sponsor, sponsorship can include:

 VMUG Local Chapter Meetings 

Each VMUG local chapter leadership team organizes and manages several local meetings throughout the year. VMUG Local Chapter Meetings draw an average of 50-75 members and focus on networking and educational seminars. See a list of VMUG local chapters by region.

Local chapter leadership teams are looking for sponsors to help offset meeting expenses in return for session delivery, promotion or other benefits. It is the responsibility of each chapter’s leadership team to determine the sponsorship terms for each local chapter’s meetings.
